Nestled in one of several stands of 100-year-old live oaks, the amenity center at Belterra serves to tie the community’s many activities together as a gathering point and a starting point to the development within a unique structure. Covered transitional spaces create paths to outdoor gathering areas. Masonry and stucco walls accentuate the heavy timber exposed structure and metal roofing. The overall style of the building was designed with native materials and fits perfectly into the its natural hill country setting.
