One of the most popular team building activities here at Cornerstone Architects are the scavenger hunts! We have had several throughout the years, including the Riverwalk in San Antonio, South Congress, Rainey Street District, and most recently Auditorium Shores!

We always have themes and teams assigned a couple of weeks leading up to the event to be sure everyone has a chance to pow wow with their teammates and come up with fun, ridiculous costumes. This year, our theme was classic board games! Our teams included Twister, Monopoly, Operation, Candyland, and Clue.
With last month being the hottest May on record, we weren't quite prepared for the 90+ degree temperature outside, but it definitely did not keep us from running around the park in our costumes in a race to find all the clues and get the most points! We did receive some interesting looks from park goers, but many of them helped us out along the way!
When time was up, we all met at Juliet for a post-event happy hour while the points were tallied. The Clue team ended up as the overall winning team with the most points, while Operation came in last. The Best Dressed Team award went to Twister, with their homemade, fun and bright coordinating costumes. The Best Dressed Individual on Each Team awards went to Gyssel (Monopoly Jailbird), Stephen (Operation Doctor), Kelsey (Twister Spinner), Nicole (Candyland Tutu), and Brandon (Colonel Mustard).
As our culture is described on the Careers page of our website, we have once again proven we are smart and collaborative, and at the same time quirky and we don’t take ourselves too seriously! We are always looking for potential team players willing to learn and grow…work hard and play hard with us!
