Coffee Residence

This home was designed for a charming South Texas family with three active boys. Located in Brownsville, the site offered sprawling space but with overgrown and deserted land. The design took advantage of this lot, bringing the outside in and incorporated lush vegetation. The single-level, modern floorplan incorporates light and views in all rooms, while hand-picked antique furniture, doors and art grace the home adding personal touches and warmth throughout. The collaboration between the clients and the architect, builder, and interior designer was seamless, as each team member shared the same overall goals. The end result is an oasis on the bayou of the Gulf of Mexico.
