Interior Design Director

Our growing business requires us to open an immediate position for a full-time Interior Design Director. Qualified candidates must have an Interior Design degree from an accredited university or design program, professional license certification, and five to ten years of experience in a residential interior design firm or similar capacity. Must have strong attention to detail and possess a thorough knowledge of the entire design process, including experience with space planning, design development, finish and fixture specifications, detailed documentation, furnishings selections, and installations. The Director supervises and mentors the department’s design staff and oversees the technical delivery of design presentations, monitors project design development, and provides design direction and support to ensure consistent and high-quality interior design. Positive and proactive attitude as well as excellent communication, organizational and time management skills are a must. Knowledge of building and construction, interior finishes, and proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite are required.
